Where do your designs come from?

One of the most asked questions! We own commercial use, extended use licenses as well as limited run use for our designs. They are created by truly talented people from all over the world including the US, Canada, Italy, England, Russia, Ukrane, Poland and Brazil. We are always looking for new designers to help us out!

Made in the USA?

We do everything we can to source our base products in the USA! It's getting harder and harder to get products, and of course, USA Made always costs more. For example, one of our shirt brands comes in 2 models - one is Made In The USA from USA grown cotton - the other might be made of US cotton (or not), but it's actually made in Brazil, Vietnam or China. It's $5.00 cheaper - We only use the Made in USA version of the shirt!

I want you to provide me items that are custom - can you help me?

Of Course! We would be happy to work with you on a project if you need something special. We have access to a product line of over 100,000+ items - but only about 24,000 are Made in USA - and we choose them very carefully.

What is your typical time to ship something?

You can check out our shipping page for updated production times depending on what the item is and where it's coming from. Typically, production is between 1.5 days to 7 days and shipping is between 2 to 25 days - again, depending on what you are ordering, where its being produced and how close you are to the manufacturing facility. That being said, our US partners have facilities in FL, MO, PA, NY, Chicago, MN, CA and WA. We also have partners abroad in China, India, Vietnam and Italy.

How did Aqua Life Start?

Aqua Life started as an idea to simply provide some really cool shirts that are "water sports" friendly. Over a period of time, it slowly grew from making single shirts, to making some for friends, to having stuff for sale. In 2022, we launched our online store. It's been a struggle, but rapidly becoming worth the effort. Actually sourcing products in the US has been the hardest part. Getting stuff from China is easy, but we made the decision to provide the best quality shirts - made in the USA as much as possible.

I see a lot of "common sayings" on your designs. Can you legally use them?

Great Question! We actually own 9 trademarks across 32 classes of service/product. Each month we are adding more trademarks - which is very costly as you would expect. That being said, we protect our custom "sayings", "marks" and our brands. We do use some stock "sayings" that are common public use as well. If you see a saying or mark that has the (tm) symbol on it, we own the rights to it.
