Shipping Policy

Please read the following very carefully as it does impact your shipping and delivery!

MADE IN THE USA:

• Shirts / Shorts / Leggings = 2 to 4 days
• Hoodies / Sweatshirts / Jackets = 5 to 7 days
• Towels, Blankets & Linen's = 5 to 8 days

1. Your order will be placed in the production cue, typically the same day you place your order. If your order is placed after 3pm CT, your order will still be placed into the cue, but may not hit the production list until the next day.
2. We Ship USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL-Global in the US markets from our US manufacturing partners.
3. Typical Delivery time is between 3 to 7 days
4. You will receive a tracking number once your item is completed and shipped. You will get an email with the tracking number(s).
5. Please allow up to 7 days to receive your tracking number, however you should receive it within a couple of days from date of order.
6. If you do not receive your tracking number within 10 days, Please contact us. Place your order number in the subject line and send it to: tracking@aqualifeapparel.com We will get on it and get back to you asap.
7. Patience! We all know there are staffing issues as well as shipping delays. If you are ordering from a US Partner, we would expect your items to be made and delivered in 7 to 10 days or sooner.
8. Shipping rates will vary based on provider and partner. We strive to negotiate the best rates possible for you!

MADE OUTSIDE THE USA:

Typical production times are listed below and your item will be shipped as soon as its done:

• Shirts / Shorts / Leggings = 4 to 5 days
• Hoodies / Sweatshirts / Jackets = 5 to 8 days
• Towels, Blankets & Linen's = 8 to 10 days

1. Your order will be placed in the production cue, typically the same day you place your order. If your order is placed after 3pm CT, your order will still be placed into the cue, but may not hit the production list until the next day.
2. We Ship DHL-Global, DHL, DHL-Express, 4PX for suppliers outside of the US market, and these shippers may transfer to USPS or other US delivery service for final delivery.
3. Typical Delivery time is between 7 to 21 days - with an average of about 15 days from date of shipment.
4. You will receive a tracking number once your item is completed and shipped. You will get an email with the tracking number(s).
5. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your tracking number, however you should receive it within a couple of days from date of order.
6. If you do not receive your tracking number within 10 days, Please contact us. Place your order number in the subject line and send it to: tracking@aqualifeapparel.com We will get on it and get back to you asap.
7. Patience! We all know there are staffing issues as well as shipping delays. If you are ordering items from our partners located outside the US, we would expect your items to be made and delivered in 15 to 25 days. In some cases, items will be made quickly and shipping goes faster than expected.
