Aqua Life Refund Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! 

We want to make sure that if there is an issue, we can help you correct it and make it right!

RETURNS:

  • Our returns and exchange policy lasts for 15 days from date of delivery. If 15 days have passed since your delivery (or 30 days from date of order), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods (when offered by us) are exempt from being returned.
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, media, software or magazines cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards / Certificates (if offered)
  • Special Order Items that were customized by you (if available) or our custom printed-on-demand items.
  • Personal Care & Healthcare Products
  • Any Item that has been used or shows use, or missing original tags will not qualify for a return or refund.
  • When your items qualify for a return, we expect the following information:
    • Order Number / Invoice
    • Reason for Return (this helps us provide feedback to our partners)
    • 2 pictures of the item / original packaging
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless we direct you to do so. If you return you item to the manufacturer/producer without our approval, you will not be granted a refund under any circumstance.
  • ALL refunds must be initiated through us. No Exceptions!

EXCHANGES ~ PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

  • We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 
  • We will only exchange the damaged item for the same item.
  • We will cover shipping costs for the replacement.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@aqualifeapparel.com and we will help you navigate the exchange process. 
  • Please note that our custom designs and custom products do not qualify for an exchange, including ordering the incorrect size for clothing item.
  • If you purchased a custom design product and it is received damaged, we will replace it for you and cover shipping cost.
  • You must notify us within 2 days of receipt of product and provide pictures of the damages.
  • If the item for replacement is no longer available, we will offer you a refund or store credit for the purchase amount, minus shipping cost.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

REFUNDS: (see returns policy for more instructions)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days. We will process the refund immediately, however your bank / credit card company may take a few days to post.

Late Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days of our sending you notification that we processed the refund, check your bank / credit card account.
  • Contact your credit card company if needed, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank (if applicable). There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund at 7 days or more from notification of refund status, please contact us at sales@aqualifeapparel.com.
Sale & Clearance Items
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged under this policy.
  • Sale and Clearance items will only be refunded or exchanged if they were received damaged upon receipt.
  • You will receive the same item if it is still available.
  • If the replacement item is not available, we will let you know before you ship the damaged item back.
  • We may, at our discretion, allow you to keep the damaged item.
  • If the item for replacement is no longer available, we will offer you a refund or store credit for the purchase amount, minus shipping cost.
  • You must notify us within 2 days of receipt of product and provide pictures of the damages.

Gifts

  • There are no refunds offered for items selected as a "gift". You would be responsible for the return process if you sent the item as gift to someone else who was not the original purchaser. If this situation occurs, please contact us at sales@aqualifeapparel.com with your order number, shipping details and the reason for requesting a return. 
Shipping - For Returns & Exchanges Only
  • When you Qualify For a Return or Exchange - see below:
  • To return your product, you should contact us directly before initiating a return to accomplish a few things. As we have product manufacturers world-wide, your return may require it to be shipped to the original manufacturer/producer. We will help guide you through the process to ensure you are satisfied.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Some of our business partners offer "free returns" for standardized products & Items. This "Free Returns" statement will be on an item's description if it qualifies.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you are required to use a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
